Darn it all anyway. We're doing to miss you by a month. We'll be in Aruba Jan.14-24, 2011. We'll be at The Mill.

Manchebo was where I stayed on my very first trip to Aruba over 30 years ago; back in July of 1980

Any favourite restaurants? Are you a shopper? My wife believes firmly that there is no such thing as too many shoes and handbags. How about you?

Hi Glenn
This will be our 15th trip to Aruba. I haven't been going as long as you, but like ,you we use to go to Maui all the time. We stopped going to Maui, because of the long plane ride. We found Aruba, and haven't been back to Maui since. It only take us 4-41/2 hours to get to Aruba.
I'm really not a shopper. I love the beach. I'm usually on the beach at 6:15am. It is still dark. I just love it when it is very quiet, and watching the morning wake up. My husband isn't as much of a beach person as me. He usually arrives on the beach about 8:30am with a blueberry muffin and coffee for me from Dunkin Donuts.
I love all the restaurants in Aruba, my favorite is Chefs Tables. I also like Marandi, Flying Fishbones, Amadeus, Madame Janettes.
