The staff was very accomodating in every way from recommending excellent restaurants to getting us a poolside chair with an umbrella. We had breakfast and lunch each day at Palms and the food and service were excellent. We all loved the slide at the pool and the ocean was great too. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort Feb. 26-28, 2013. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. We arrived at 9 am on a flight from a stay in Curacao and they put us in the oceanfront room we reserved by 10 am! The restaurants were good and the happy hour at the bar was great! We just returned from 8 nights at Sunset Beach Studios. It's just a delight. Well maintained, friendly and so very relaxing. It's like a small community with friendly neighbors.
