My hubby's favorite sandwich there was the Uitsmijter. He was in heaven this summer when we were in Amsterdam and he saw it on the lunch menus there, too.

Yep, it's called an Uitsmijter - it's a sandwich with a couple of fried eggs and usually your choice of ham or turkey.
I think he just orders it because he likes to say the name.

Just say 'bouncer' because that is what Uitsmijter means.

This isnt the beach but it is Fanny and John near the beach - the next best place at the Manchebo - the bar!
