|
|
Hey Everybody,
We will be staying at the Tamarijn in a couple of weeks and was wondering if they still have daily entertainment & dinner theme nights?
Also, are you able to make reservations at their restaurants before checking in or do you need to be on site?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!!!

Yes they do, Paul. They usually have shows that begin around 7:00 PM and last about two hours. Mostly the usuals such as Mardi Gras dancers, Limbo show, live bands, etc.
As far as the restaurants are concerned, I believe it's only possible to reserve for one night in advance only. It may be as much as two nights but I think the resort doesn't want people tying up multiple nights and then not showing up! You know how some people can be!!! This holds true for the complemenrary restaurants at the Divi and Tam only, Seems fair to me and I think this answers your question!! The Links across the street are another story!
Good luck and enjoy! My wife and I have been staying at the various Divis for over 20 years now. _________________ John...

I did a little more checking and I found that the specialty restaurants can only be reserved after check-in and up to two nights in advance! You can find this and other answers on the resort's faq page:

If you wish to dine at Ginger or Paparazzi the day of your arrival, make a reservation right after you check-in for any time available. Most likely will either be very early or very late. Go to the restaurant around your desired time, indicate you have a later time and wonder if it would be possible to be seated now. They tend to be very accommodating. Might need to wait in the bar and have a cocktail, but it will work.
