It has been 10 years 2004 since I last visited Aruba. I have read of many changes since my last visit and now after a decade I finally have a new vacation ticker to this wonderful place. This will be my 4th trip . The price was to good to pass up on JB ( Jet Blue) in that week of june as those are the Lowest prices I have seen for a Non Stop from NYC . Looking forward to some good drinks and chilling on the beach with a few drinks in my hand under a Palapa in the Low Rise section Listening to some great Music on My Droid. _________________ Born to Raise Hell and enjoy every minute of it

Welcome back!
At least your ambition is still easily done! You'll probably find a great more development since your last visit but the original pleasures of just vegging out are still there and devotedly practiced! _________________ John...

How are you Corrine. Yes it has been 10 years since I last went to Aruba. I am looking forward to seeing the changes both good & bad. This time I will be renting a car and exploring the Island I have a few locals I have been in contact with to show me the island when I get there.
I see that you will be in St Maarten soon The Dutch side way to go. You know that reminds me that on the other Aruba Board there is a thread Aruba vs St Maarten and of course there is varying opinions and of course some go overboard with there views All I can say is weather it is the Dutch side or the French side enjoy your trip. _________________ Born to Raise Hell and enjoy every minute of it

Thank you Ron!
I usually go to Aruba in April. I brought my cousin years ago, and now she invited me to Saint Maarten where she has her timeshare on the Dutch side. At least I will be going with people who know the good places to go!
I'm sure I'll have a lot of comparisons, good and bad! _________________ Christmas 2015 at Disney World!

Good morning Ron, Corrine and everyone else,
Great to see you're heading back to Aruba.
I know that you'll see lots of changes but all the things that make Aruba well, Aruba are still there in abundance; the people (Arubans and visitors alike), the beautiful weather, the beaches, the whole restaurant/bar/casino scene and of course shopping.
Go, enjoy and have fun!
