Ok Now that I have my flight booked I need to find out some info on the possible resorts I am looking at they are all in The Low Rise area so those that stay at these resorts MAY have the info I need.
The Resorts I am looking at are The Tam, Divi, Manchebo Beach, Casa Del Mar, Costa Linda
WiFi Acess at these resorts not so much for my Mac Book I may bring it but more for my smartphone Droid Razar M since they can pick up WiFi signals my question is the WiFi signal just in the resort or can they be picked up on the beach if it can be picked up on the beach I don't need the MacBook. How much a day for each resort and how strong is the signal.
I have an International calling plan with Verizon so I am sure that my droid will work in Aruba but if I rent a Phone from one of the kiosk will it be just the basic call in or out or will it be a smart phone 4GLTE. It does not matter what brand Samsung, Motorola, HTC They all have pretty much the same features even Apple I phone I just want to be able to listen to my music thru my phone and take and send instant pictures to friends in the states while I am on the Beach under a Palapa and chillin out with a drink in my hand and a big smile on my Face Plus the usual check my emails and check boards like this. Any Info on the above subject would be Greatly appreciated. _________________ Born to Raise Hell and enjoy every minute of it

I only know that Amsterdam Manor and Manchebo both have FREE Wifi throughout their resorts. Can't help you with the others but hopefully someone else can. _________________ ~Amy~®

Al and Amy thank you for your responses. You know I posted this on the other Aruba Board that you know so well Amy . And of course I got more responses But you know what unlike some it does not matter to me who gives the info . I listen to all because I can learn something for everyone. Thanks again. _________________ Born to Raise Hell and enjoy every minute of it

Ah yes...I know it well.
Even though we go to Aruba couple of times a year, I still like to read all of the posts. I find that I always learn something new. _________________ ~Amy~®

Ron- I got smacked with huge fees with Verizon's International plan with my iphone. I find it cheaper to Rent a Blackberry in Aruba for the internet and phone while listening to music on the iPhone (with cellular shut off).
Either way, enjoy your trip! _________________ Christmas 2015 at Disney World!
