OMG, after a 4 year hiatis from Aruba, everything planned and can not wait to take my 4 year old granddaughter!! OH NO storm Hercules. Our Jet Blue flight delayed by 5 days.
I do have to say Jet blue has been so great about helping us to re-schedule our vacaction!! I hope to be on the beach in Aruba soon!!
I will say the only promblem I have encounter is with Allianz insurance, which seems odd since they are the one on Jet Blues web site.
ALL GOOD going on the 28th of Jan. |

When you return and have a few minutes I would really like to hear your experience with Allianz Insurance.

Well, I haven't travelled yet but Allianz has finally agreed to move my policy to the new dates,YEAH. They did however make me jump through a lot of paperwork hoops. I guess you need to dot your i's and cross your t's when dealing with them. I kind of understand this but seems the communication between them and Jet Blue could be a little better. Oh well all's well that ends well, so looking forward to our trip) 7 days and counting

Allianz was horrible to me when my husband died. They were called Access America back then. I guess being alive is considered a pre-existing condition to them. They refused my claim. He did have cancer, but it was in remission when the insurance was purchased & we were told at the time that he qualified, or I wouldn't have spent the money. We were on USAirways & they refunded his ticket. USAir can be a real pain, as can any airline, but they came thru when Allianz didn't. _________________ Mindy from Kansas City |

Wow, I thought I was having a hard time with them! The way you were treated is just awful.
After what I've had to deal with and hearing from you I will sure choose a different insurance next time, probably AAA I hear they have a good track record.
