Now that the govt is back to work, how early do you think I should get to the airport on Monday? Our flight is at 3:00 on Delta. _________________

I believe things will be better, Sasha, but the usual advice is 3 hours. Monday, not being a heavy travel day, should be better... but I wouldn't go much below the advised time, not worth the worry! _________________ John...

If you look at departures for Monday you only have 2 other U.S. flights departing about the same time as your flight. If you look at the departures for Saturday you would have about 4-5 flights around your departure time (this is why mid-week departures are always best.)

I would give yourself around 2 1/2 hours. Like John said, it's not worth the worry to go much below that. _________________ ~Amy~®
