Hi everybody,

Been dropping in here once in a while but, like the rest of you, I've been busy. Call it the dog days of summer.

Now, let's brighten things up a bit, okay?

In a little over a month, Amy will be in Venice.

In just a little over two months Carol, Sasha and Donna and I will be in Aruba.

In a little over three months, Amy will be back in Aruba, again.

Feel better? Me too!

I know I started it (and I'm not good at trip reports after 25 years).
After Aruba #29, we're in upstate NY for 9 nights.
I will not hesitate to add some 2013 comments after we return from both trips in mid-October.
I know everyone is busy.
Retired, I still consider myself to be busy...volunteering, wondering how we managed while working. Well, there were probably fewer MD appointments.
Just my opinion.

Thunder and lightning are strong for the second time this afternoon.
We're back in that classic pattern.
Do not move to Central Florida...if you are afraid of thunder and lightning!

I will promise to post at least 1 photo of our vow renewal on the beach.
If I can finally get a tutorial on posting info with photos/thumbnails, there might be more.
Wish I were more competent in posting a link that might include photos and commentary.
We first heard about the Ceremonies & Celebrations service through this board, so people need to have some comments about how it works out.

P.S. As retired seniors, happy to approach our 25th anniversary next month. I think the neat thing is that we did celebrate our honeymoon and every anniversary in AUA. Hoping for a few more!

Hi, just checking! We have had some nice weather this summer so I've been at the beach - not at a family obligation party:/.
So excited for Amy going to Venice- what a wonderful place!

I just got exciting news that my husband has planned a trip for my birthday- but won't tell me where! I am leaving on Monday! would someone please tell him that is torture for a woman trying to figure out what to wear!!

I just went shopping at GAP. Either I will be too casual for Europe or overdressed or the U.S.!
