I have been renting from Payless for the past three years. I just received an e-mail stating that due to "unforseen circumstances" they will not have a car for my week. I made my reservation (and confirmed with Hector) back in early December. Very disappointing...I was happy with Payless the last few years. Any suggestions? |

WOW!
I don't know what to say, but we have been satisfied Payless customers for the last 3 or 4 years. We are there in "low season".
Before Payless, we used Econo and Economy. I actually like picking up the car at an off-site location. I know Econo is on airport. No longer sure about Economy.

Sorry to hear that. I'm sure it could be a number of things - car repairs, etc. that has put some of their cars out of commission.
We like Payless (and Hector) as well!
We usually use Payless or Tropic but I'm sure it's too late to get a car with Tropic.
A long time ago we used Econo a couple of times (not Economy, but Econo) and we were happy with our experience with them.
John had a good suggestion about Toyota rent a car since their location is next to Payless. _________________ ~Amy~®

Thanks everybody...I just got an e-mail from Hector saying that the reactivated my reservation. Not sure what happened, but it looks like Hector fixed it! Now I don;t have to worry about this and can think about how nice it will be getting out of this frigid air in 10 days! |
