Scott's Brats is a snack stand located on Palm Beach near the Playa Linda. I got there today and enjoyed a good feed thanks to Leslie and Scott, the owner's from Wisconsin. They grill the brats and sausages right there, serving them up hot and fresh. Scott makes his special beer, butter, and onion concoction for the brats and this takes them up a notch. And the prices, man, very reasonable. Here's my video which includes and interview and shots of the food in action.

Wonderful video!!! We are staying at Playa Linda this year and I'm so exicted to try this place!!!! It's been on the Plays Linda BB's about how good it is, but you video sold us!! We are certainly going to try it, especially the Bloody Mary Bar!!!!!!!
