Our family is a longtime owner at this Oceanfront Resort. We are offering for rent/sale our weeks from January thru April of 2024.

We have most weeks 2-15 available for sale! All of our units are 2BR, 2 Bath Presidential suites with ocean views.

For 2023 we are sold out! For 2024, we currently still have weeks 2, 5, 10 & 13-15 available. Rent is based on week selected.

Should you wish to purchase a week and it has already been rented, first use would not take place until the following year. Sales prices range from $10,000 - $20,000. Multi-week discounts available and All Reasonable Offers Considered!

All of our suites have magnificent ocean/beach views and can accommodate up to six. They feature a King bed in the Master Bedroom, twin beds in the 2nd BR (can be connected to make a king) as well as a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen for six, Living Room, Dining Room and walk-out balcony/patio.

The resort charges the occupant of each unit at checkout, approximately $25/day in Aruban taxes, fees, energy surcharges and environmental taxes. This is similar to the state/county/local taxes we pay when renting a hotel/motel room in the states.
