We are offering for rent our 2BR, 2 Bath Casa Del Mar Presidential units during the following timeframes during Xmas and New Year:
Week 51 December 19 - Dec 26 Suite 1319
Week 52 December 26 - Jan 2 Suite 1319
[b]You can get two weeks in the same suite!!!!
This wonderful unit features a King bed in the Master Bedroom, two beds in the 2nd BR as well as a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room (unit sleeps 6.) There also is a completely furnished kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and walk-out balcony/patio.
All of the Presidential units have magnificent ocean/beach views. These suites have a very good ocean view due to the curve of the coastline.
The resort charges the user of this room roughly $21/day for taxes/energy surcharges, in addition to an environmental tax of $25 for the week at checkout, similar to hotel state & city tourist taxes at home.
