Hi Amy,

I noticed in your April 2014 trip report you posted a picture of a fantastic fish soup with a shrimp on top and it looks yummy!!! What restaurant did you have that great soup? Really enjoy all your trip reports and restaurant reviews!!!! You and hubby are such a great looking couple!!!

Thank you in advance,
Mary

Hi Mary -

I had to take a look at the photo because I couldn't remember. LOL! I'm pretty sure that was the Bouillabaisse at Tulip (my husband orders Bouillabaisse whenever he sees it on a menu - it's one of his favorites.) But I just checked their menu and it looks like they don't offer it anymore Sad - now they only offer a Bouillabaisse Salad.

Now I'm hungry for Bouillabaisse. Laughing

When are you headed back to Aruba, Mary?

Thank you Amy for the info about the Bouillabaisse at Tulip! I sure hope they put it back on the menu because my husband and I love fish soup! We have tried fish soup in several restaurants in Aruba but most come with little fish. We will be going to Aruba Sept 5th for three weeks... yay, can't wait!!! And thank you for all your helpful information on many sites!!!

We should be there at the same time - we're going for the first 2 weeks in Sept! Cool

I hope they put it back in their menu, too - my husband loved it!
