We always rent from either Hans at Tropic or Payless. You could give Payless a try.

I just got a quote from Payless for $1012.

We're are trying Top Drive for the first time in September.

It is based on positive recommendations on this and another bulletin board.
After 25 years of renting cars in Aruba, I truly believe there is not much of a "customer-appreciation" approach. We have stuck with a few different providers (based on price and service), but we might still get a lemon after 3, 4 or 5 rentals. Felt compelled to return a couple cars as unsafe.

So we're on to about our 6th agency in the 25-30 rentals (some years we went more than once).

Just my opinion. Still looking for the top provider.
