Hi, I had asked last week about the Arubus Smart card. I found out from an Arubian friend that they are only for residents of the island. Sad
I wish they had some sort of card for visitors. It would be so much more convenient. I don't like driving in unfamiliar places, and even at home I walk and take the bus a lot...feels so much freer! Aw well, we'll have to carry our bills around. Just wanted to let you know about that.
