Whew, I got to the airport this morning, I'm all checked in and ready to go. I was worried our flight would be cancelled due to this unexpected snow storm!! NJ has had enough crazy weather. Well I'm now officially in vacation mode. Nothing to do except relax for 2 weeks.

Hey guys! We made it! The weather has been Wonderful. Warm and breezy. We had a little shower last night about 9pm. No biggie. We had a fabulous dinner at Eiliottis last night. I love that place. The food and staff are wonderful. Oh well, enough for now heading to the beach Smile

Glad to hear you are having a great time.

I haven't been on here very much but I love following my bb friends adventures in Aruba. How was the beach today?

Where are you staying?

Any idea where you'll be heading for dinner tonight.

Don't know if we talked about this previously but are you a shopper? My wife is. She is of the belief that a woman can never have too many handbags, and shoes? Limited only by closet space!

Have a wonderful time. Looking forward to more posts.

Hi, Glenn! Beach was beautiful today. Sunny, breezy, and about 86. The waves re getting a little bigger. We have a timeshare at Divi Dutch Village. As for dinner this evening I think we're gonna do Mulligans on the golf course at Divi Links. I would say I am quite the avid shopper, I have a walkin closet and cannot fit 1 more hanger, purse or shoe... lol

Sitting by the pool this afternoon. Wow what a beautiful day! Dinner at Mulligans was great! All of our dinners were wonderful. I also had the best mojito ever! We now have the all inclusive bracelet so we have all the restaurants from Tamarijn, Divi Aruba, and Divi Village(which now includes Mulligans , Sea Breeze, the ocean view bar and infinity pool bar). I'm loving life right now!

Glad you enjoyed dinner at Mulligans. We ate there a couple of times. Once was dinner and the other was Sunday brunch. Thoroughly enjoyed them both.

Had a nice time at the BB party last night. It was nice to finally put some names to the faces. Had dinner at Red Parrot at Divi. Wasn't thrilled with my dish. Oh well tonight is another night. We have reservations at Gingers. Spending the day at the beach, I'll try to check in later. Smile

Hi there ArubaIslandGirl,

I agree with you. Those BB parties are often the only chance we get to put real live people to the members' names. Until my photo was taken at one and shared (it under Aruba pics, with the caption "A rare sighting" about 3 years ago), people didn't think I existed.

Just to put the weather in perspective AIG, winter, and I mean full-on snow enough to get the plows out, cold temperatures and strong north winds has arrived here in western Canada.

Whereabouts are you heading today? The beach? Oranjestad? Have you been shopping? (My wife said I had to ask that?) And how about dinner tonight?

If we were there, I say "Let's meet at Rembrandt's Cafe for drinks". Sound good to you?

Hi, Glenn! I had never been to one of the BB parties. I always forget , then I feel bad. I was glad I remembered this one

Just got back from a little shopping. We went down towards Palm Beach area. Didn't really have anything in mind. I do want to get a new watch while we are down here.

Had lunch at Tony Romas. I always get the potato soup, its the best I've tasted. We almost miss our plane a few tears ago cause I had to have just one more bowl, lol.

The weather has been beautiful. We had rain 1 night, its been sunny and hot. Just how I like it.

As for dinner we are gonna do Mulligans. I love that place!
I'm gonna head to the beach now , bye for now!
