Excellent trip report. Great photos and well written. Sounds like you and Steve had a wonderful time but as we all say; it's Aruba, how could you not? Laughing

I agree with you it's sad to see Renaissance Marketplace the way it is is, especially when so many of us remember it as a busy, vibrant place. I used to sit on the stone bench near the Seaport Casino while Donna shopped her heart out. We realize things change over time but it's sad nonetheless.

Sounds like enjoyed your dinner at Taste of Belgium. Great photo of you enjoying your Greentini.

Just one thing. Grocery shopping; you know, giving the husband a list, sending him to the store and hoping he might think of other things but doesn't. Corrine, there are "blue" things, and there are "pink" things. What Steve did, that was a blue thing. I know, I've done that hundreds of times. It's in the DNA. sorry. Very Happy

I think you were at the table I always pick when I go to Mango's, too. Don't know why but that's always my favorite.

Happy to hear you liked Carambola, too - I thought it was excellent and nice to have another place to walk to in the area.

Enjoyable report!
I have to go back and look at more of the pictures...only got about halfway through as I went back to read the actual narrative. The ones I saw were great.
I found your comment about an "older" Yaris rental. It supports my belief that customer loyalty does not always result in a "newer" rental car. I have changed agencies based on need and cost, but have been loyal to a few of them for multiple years. After all, we have been making a 3-week rental for the last few years...that should count for something.

And speaking of the "blue" thing, I had Melvin delete a picture of a slim young woman's "bum" that my male friend took with my camera. I don't know why that was so "thrilling" to all the "blues". Confused
