Finally got around to uploading my pictures from mid-August. The underwater ones are still to come. We were on the island during the period Dean was coming close and my pictures are certainly different from the ones of the past four years! They can be seen here.

Were they done with some sort of filter? I wish I had been more familiar with my camera before our trip. I know there were lots of "tricks" I could have used to get better pictures, but I'm just learning the digital thing. Embarassed

No, no filters this time, the orange is natural. I see we're from the same state.

Oh nice, the VA countryside is so beautiful! We just went to a winery past Leesburg this afternoon. We live in Northern Virginia, near DC.
