A beautiful day here in Winnipeg. Hope it is where you are too.

Yes, as the subject line suggests, Donna and her girlfriend leave tomorrow on their annual 3-day shopping trip to Fargo and Grand Forks, ND.

Do worry, I'll think of something...

I was in Aruba when you wrote this so didn't see it until now. So how did the shopping trip go....and did Donna make any good purchases while you were both in Aruba? Wink

Hi Amy,

The shopping trip for Donna and her friend back in September was great, and very rewarding for me. 4 jars of Reese's Peanut Butter, and about 6 Reese's Fast Break bars. We have lots of Reese's things here but not those two. So very much appreciated.

Me? I dined well at Five Guys Burgers & Fries. Lol.

Shopping in Aruba? Let's just put it this way; coming home we had 3 suit cases. 1 for dirty laundry, another for clothes we bought there and the 3rd was for the other things we bought there. Coffee, chocolate, coffee cups, etc. We just couldn't help ourselves!

Our favourite new "Aruba thing" store is The Market in the Alhambra Centre, around the corner from Hollywood Smokehouse. More thoughts on the whole Alhambra makeover in my TR coming soon. Hint: We were there 3 times.
