I finally had free time do my report from April and Melville has kindly posted it! After re-reading it, I wish I was back there....... Sad

Great T/R; a good read and great photos.

Glad you enjoyed Sole Mare; it has become one of our favourites over the years. It is our "special occasion" restaurant in Aruba.

As you say, some of the best days in Aruba are those when you do nothing at all. But I guess that's what vacations are all about, right?

It sounds like the Alhambra has made a bit of a comeback; would that be a fair comment.

I'll probably send you some more comments later, but just a couple more things and sorry, but my warped sense of humour is forcing me to say these.

Your husband is half German. I'm hoping the other half is Scottish. Just sayin'.

I have this vision in my head (stay with me on this Corrine) if this had happened during football season. All these football players getting off the New York Jets plane, in a sense of bewilderment; maybe a couple of them saying, "It's been a while since we played here, but isn't Green Bay usually colder than this?"

Anyway, a great TR Corrine. You've got me amped-up and looking forward even more to our upcoming trip to Aruba in October.

Glenn- Ha! Imagine all of us cranky New Yorkers seeing the Jets getting off the plane!
