Will take a charter out and have expectations of landing some fish that
we can take back with us. We are scheduled on the Hatt's Off in two
weeks.

Has anybody brought fish to a particular restaurant and had them fix it
several ways (there are 7 of us). I don't want to send out emails or
call over if I can get a better answer here. We did this in Cabo and it
was fantastic - prepared in several different ways.

Thanks in advance!

When we brought back fish from our charter we had the restaurant at our hotel (Mango's at Amsterdam Manor) prepare it for us. I would ask at your hotel's restaurant first since that would be the easiest.

Staying at the Marriott Surf Club - maybe Simply Fish would be best.
Love Barefoot and that would be nice too, will have to get a hold of
Luc.

If Barefoot is your first choice then I would email Luc and ask about cost, etc. You can use Simply Fish as "plan B". Wink

We bring our catch to Moomba's and have ours deep fried with seasoning. They should be able to prepare fish several ways. Contact them for more info.
