I was surprised how many visitors have been to Aruba many times and have not been to the chapel at Alta Vista. It's a quaint little site. Here's a video showing how to get there as well as a look inside, with a few historical notes along the way.

Bon dia.

When we come to the island with first-timers, it is always part of the tour of the north end of the island. We usually approach from the lighthouse area. I know there is a sign where we turn left (where you turned right after passing the police station in Noord).

The prayer signs along the road are also interesting. I believe it is the "Hail Mary" in Papiemento.

Then, there is that road to the water tank. As mentioned before, it is a great view if you venture past the bad road surface, broken glass and litter.
