I will be back to Aruba November 5 thru 13th. I never have been to Aruba in Nov but I seen air for $164 one way from Indianapolis to Aruba on Air Tran so I am bringing my parents to Aruba. My 25th trip and their first trip. Anyone know if the weather is usually ok in Nov? Also if anyone wants to hook up to snorkle, please let me know. Kent

Prior to last November every year we have been it has been fantastic. Last year (we always go the week after Thanksgiving) was showery and some torrential rains at night. Two mornings we woke to water running through our room at the Tam. It just blew right under the door-we were at the end of block of rooms. But we still had a great week and managed to get sun in between the clouds.

Going for 30 years in November and it can be very rainy. Last year was the worst but that doesn't mean this year will be as bad. My theory is that a bad day in Aruba still beats a good day at home.

We had a little bit of rain two years ago and a lot of rain last year. So it's just what nature will give you. Are your parents visiting Aruba for tne first time?

Kent.
We have been to Aruba many times in November. Last year was a little different. Prior to last year generally rained only at night. Can only remember one day in many trips with a lot of rain. Used that day to go to the Aloe factory. By the time we were finished the tour the sun was out.

Even last year with all the rain "any day in Aruba is better than a day at work in Phila"

By the way we will be in Aruba Nov 5-19. Have booked Wed. Nov 9 with Stuart. Look forward to meeting you after all of your great posts and your offers of snorkeling. Hope you are able to join us.

Kent - will our Aruba dates ever overlap?!? Laughing

We went to Aruba a couple of times in Nov...think one Nov. trip was in 1998 and the other was in 2001. Both times the weather was great. Maybe a couple of light showers here or there but nothing that lasted more than 10 minutes.

I have been going in November for many years also & yes, last year was the worst. But there was still plenty of sunshine. I hate if it rains all day but a little shower is no big deal. It gives me a reason to take a break from baking in the sun, at the bar of course Laughing Laughing

I agree with the others. Been spending Thanksgiving in Aruba for the past 7 years and all have been great except for last year when it rained quite a bit during our 2 week stay.

This year we can't go over Thanksgiving (job won't let me have vacation anymore in November!) so we switched to October and will be there the 13th through the 24th. We've never been in October so I hope it's nice!
