My family and I will be going to Aruba at the end of March. We will be staying at the radisson and really do not want to spend a great deal of money on food. we would like to know about places that are convenient to the Radisson.

Salt 'n Pepper is a nice casual restaurant that is walkable from the Radisson. You can either order a regular meal there or you can order tapas to share with everyone at your table. Other walkable, inexpensive places would be Subway (near the Playa Linda) or Tony Roma's (near the Holiday Inn.)

Paparazzi in same strip as Salt N Pepper
Coffee shop in the Hyatt
Also in Playa Linda...Bagel Place and their own Playa dining room, outdoorish.
Amazonia is about $32 per person....all you can eat salad bar and all the cuts of beef brought and cut at your table also all you can eat. Dominos and Pizza Hut deliver....McDonalds and Wendys are within walking distance too.

We enjoyed a late lunch at Salt and Pepper - my wife and I shared 4 tapas with a few rounds of draft beer for $30.
I know that Tony Roma's is a chain, but we don't have them in our home area. They offer good ribs for a decent price...4 of us had dinner with a drink...in the $70 neighborhood. This is across the street from the Holiday Inn.
Further up the beach...between HI and the Marriott, we have enjoyed a late lunch at the Hadacurari Fish Center. Catch of the day platters were $7.25....yellow-fin tuna, french fries, some cole slaw on a platter. Local beers were $1 to $1.60 per small bottle (7 or 8 ounces).
Bill for 2 with tip turned out to be around $20.

i think the La Petit Cafe was a nice place...prices were reasonable and you get to eat off a stone, really. Visit it at Paradise Beach Villas...and dont forget to enjoy the artwork on the upper level
