Hi --

Although they had a blast in Aruba, my brother and his girlfriend stayed there last summer and would not recommend the Allegro - They said that the room was dirty when they arrived (dirty bathroom and sand in the room), and it took until the next day to get cleaned. They also said that the food and service wasn't so great.

We always stay at the Allegro....always have a spotlessly clean room....they have one of the best beaches, lots of shade, great friendly staff and the all-inclusive is a good deal...ask if they still offer a dine around plan and just breakfast.....the buffet breakfast is HUGE and good too. the all inclusive includes ALL food all day & nite, all booze, all non-motorized water sports, water rafts/floats, shows at night, etc.
Ask for room in older bldg...floors 5-9 with even numbered rooms i.e. 622-720 for best pool/ocean view and sunsets.
