North Shore Cottage Aruba Vacation Rental

Sorry for such a long time to write this review. My health is not the greatest. Although I am a time Share Owner, I only used my Unit once. I ran across in my off road travels this Beautiful Cottage, rightly named " North Shore Cottage ". It appears as if right out of a story book. Far away from the constant hustle of the high rise and low rise tourist areas, and people, yet close enough still, if we wished to partake. First things said...The Owners are the best. Always there if you need them, but never intrusive of our time alone, which we loved. All amenities. I really OVERPACKED ! lol. A true home away from home, we almost forgot and thought we were on our very own "PRIVATE ISLAND". This Year I plan on a month long stay, have stayed here 3 times already, but never long enough by my standards! This Treasure of a Home Away From Home is a true romantic, fulfilling place to stay. We dare not say too too much, ok..maybe we just want to make sure, "our" time is always available for US! THANKS North Shore Cottage!

Well this is VERY LATE, but I stayed at Julie's cottage back in September with a friend and the cottage was PERFECT for us. We had a T.V. computer with internet service and a cell phone for our use. There is a washer at the cottage with a clothes line for laundry and a storage unit with a ton of water sports gear ! She has thought of EVERYTHING !!!!
We had breakfast each morning in the kitchen, packed a lunch and headed out everyday to go to the beach or go shopping. We barbecued at the cottage one night and dined out for dinners the rest of the time. When you stay at the cottage you also get to use the pool at Boardwalk vacations which was great, great lounge chairs a HUGE palapa and a lobby with cold pop and yogurts and stuff.
Julie couldn't be a better hostess and made sure we were SUPER comfortable.
I will rent this cottage for our next visit as well !!! Perfect place to stay while in heaven :)

This little cottaged tucked away for the noise and crowd was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated, lots of room! We hiked to the beautiful shore and just love being in nature. I celebrated my birthday here with friends and had a weeklong romantic get away. I loved this cottage! Julia, is the best! and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to be secluded yet able to be in the mix things very quickly.

The cottage is well worth the stay. The location is great. Close to everyhting but yet in a quiet area. It is the perfect getaway. All the pictures and descritions are accurate. The owners know how to treat there guests and keeps you happy. I would stay there everyday of my life if I could. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at the Julia’s and Sjoerd’s North Shore Cottage in Aruba with our young son of 18 months. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation with lots of toys for our son and everything we needed for traveling with a child yet still having a romantic getaway.

The cottage itself is fantastic. Very comfortable, private, and immaculately cared for while being conveniently located near the resorts and some of the best beaches on the island.

We also had access to the Aruba Racquet Club through Sjoerd as well as use of the lounge chairs and amenities at Palm Beach by the Marriott Resorts. This was great because we had all of these facilities within a 3min drive from the cottage but none of the noise of being surrounded by lots of tourists when we got back to our cottage.

Julia and Sjoerd go out of their way to be great hosts and meet your needs. They also provided us with a crib already set up at the cottage, a high chair, children’s toys, and a forward facing car seat which really made a big difference for us.

I would highly recommend their North Shore Cottage to small families traveling together or couples looking to get away for a romantic vacation.
